As Managing Director of Electrofit Industrial Solutions Ltd and founder of The REM Association, Steven is a recognised authority in electric forklift technology, circular economy practices, and sustainability-driven industrial solutions.

Steven’s expertise spans electrification of forklift fleets, low-emission material handling, and cost-saving strategies for industrial operations. His work focuses on transforming end-of-life internal combustion forklifts into high-performance lithium-ion electric forklifts, reducing carbon emissions and operational costs while supporting businesses in meeting UK sustainability targets.
